1. Warranty Coverage Period & Scope
BMV PETKITS provides a one (1) year limited warranty for all products purchased through the official BMV PETKITS website (bmvpetkits.com).
- Coverage Content: This limited warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions, starting from the date of product delivery.
- Warranty Remedy: If a BMV PETKITS product malfunctions due to material or workmanship defects within the one-year warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement for the customer, with no additional costs incurred by the customer.
- Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover the following situations:
